Shipping Time
Our 2BCozy slippers are shipped from Portugal – as close as possible to the production site in Spain. Depending on your delivery address, shipping may take between 1 and 10 business days.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused slippers in their original packaging. Please keep all boxes so they can be reused if needed and to help conserve resources. Before returning an item, consider donating it or giving it to someone who might enjoy it – sometimes it’s the small things that make a big difference. Measure the length of your left and right foot following the instructions shown in the gallery. It’s perfectly normal for your feet to differ slightly in length. If you’re unsure about your size, choose according to the longer foot.
